Their friendliness and expertise truly stand out (I know it sounds like a cliché, but it's genuinely not). I feel genuinely welcomed every time I step through their doors. It's remarkable how they remember my name and always manage to fit my car in with relatively short notice. Over the years, I've entrusted them with several of my cars - some more worn out than others - and I've never felt like I'm being fed a line of nonsense.
