| The Nelson family gave me the impression of genuinely caring people who want to do what is best for their customers' car care needs. This was proven when I ordered 2 new tires and an additional donut tire thinking that my "new" used vehicle didn't have one, but they found the hidden location of the existing donut tire and I wasn't charged for a donut tire I didn't need. Price for tire replacement was very fair. If I lived in Siler City I would continue to give them my business. |

| I had to order tires and came.here because we had used Nelson before and knew we'd get treated fairly...very down to earth and friendly..knowledgeable...and good prices. It did take a while for what i had done..but the quality of work is well worth the wait!!! |

| I travel from Winston-Salem, NC just to have my car serviced there. Not only is everyone really nice, you get to wait for your car as watch old episodes of The Price Is Right. Very happy and pleased whenever I go there. I highly recommend having your car serviced there. |
